We offer loans up to 75% LTV on residential and commercial property on terms of up to 5 years. We are launching a new Buy-To-Let product which will be highly competitive and you will be at the forefront of selling.
About the Internal Business Development Manager role
You will be working in a team that has received industry awards for service excellence (no pressure!). This is something we look for in all applicants and will train you to become even better. Deals come in thick and fast through the day, so you will be busy making things happen from the minute you get in!
You will need strong administration and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and plenty of drive. Two years’ minimum experience in financial services is a requirement.
You will report into the Head of Internal Sales and work closely with an External Business Development Manager (EBDM). The role is to support the EBDM by managing deals and broker relationships from the office.
As a career path, we will work with you to be an EBDM within 2 to 3 years of joining.
