We are proud to announce that Octane Capital has been voted Bridging Lender of the Year at the Business Moneyfacts Awards 2019.

To triumph in such a competitive category is a huge achievement, and a recognition of the hard work, energy and passion of our team.

But it’s also a testament to the continued support of our partners and introducers. We’re proud to earn their trust every day, working with them to offer their clients better, bespoke #3rdGen property finance.

This latest accolade caps a momentous, multi-award winning year for Octane. It’s just 12 months since we scooped the Business Product Innovation of the Year title at the 2018 Business Moneyfacts Awards. Last June we were crowned Newcomer of the Year at the action-packed Bridging & Commercial Awards.

But this new award is more than just a source of pride and a reason to invest in a bigger trophy cabinet.

It’s a statement of intent too. The reason for Octane’s success is its people; their huge experience and constant desire to be bigger and better.

Their exceptional work ethic means we always go the extra mile to find the right solution for each and every borrower, and this should also propel us to further award success in the future.

We’re aiming high, and will be shooting for more success throughout 2019 and beyond…. the third-generation of lending is here and we’re hungry for more success in the specialist finance sector.
