Third generation bridging and buy to let lender, Octane Capital, today announced Benjamin Donelien has joined its treasury team as Finance Manager. He will report into Rob Graham, Octane’s Head of Finance.
Benjamin is a fully qualified chartered management accountant and joins Octane from London-based CKH Innovations Opportunities Development, where he was also a Finance Manager.
Benajmin’s role will be to support Rob with all financial accounting and operational reporting for Octane’s ever-expanding loan book which is rapidly approaching £0.5bn. He will also work closely with the credit team to further streamline processes as the lender looks to grow its market share.
