Liam Lawlor

Octane Capital has hired a senior business development manager in Liam Lawlor from Octopus Property.

Lawlor will work alongside fellow BDM Justin Cooper, who worked with him at Octopus and only joined Octane in May.

Before joining Octopus Lawlor worked was a senior business development manager at Metro Bank.

Mark Posniak, managing director, Octane Capital, said: “Liam is a highly experienced BDM with fantastic technical knowledge and no end of contacts.

“There’s no doubt he will play a key role in helping us achieve the aggressive growth targets we have set ourselves.

“The fact that he has worked with many of the senior team here in the past will also serve him well and enable him to hit the ground running.”

Lawlor said: “I’ve worked with many of the senior management team in the past and to be with them from close to the start of their next big venture is a massive opportunity.

“What you have here is a small and entrepreneurial team vibe, big ambitions and the skills and expertise to achieve them.”
