Specialist lender Octane Capital has made three new hires, having surpassed £1bn of lending.
Mike Allen, previously a short-term lending case manager at Brightstar, joins Octane as an internal business development executive.
His role will be to assist BDMs with new enquiries and help structure deals for credit review. He will report into head of marketing and internal sales, Oli Greenspan.
Allen says: “Having previously worked for a specialist packager, moving to a specialist lender to use the knowledge I had gained was a natural next step.”
Joshua Carmody and Tuathla Underwood also join Octane as credit analysts, providing support to the credit team. Both will report into Octane’s Senior Credit Manager, Gemma Salousti.
Octane Capital managing director Mark Posniak says: “Our philosophy has always been to offer the highest service standards in the industry and the addition of Tuathla, Mike and Josh is another step in that direction.
