Octane announces four new hires to bolster growth plans.

Octane Capital has today (2nd May 2024) welcomed four new hires across its sales, credit and marketing departments.

By the summer of this year Octane will have hired eight new members of staff in the preceding 12 months, in a bid to further improve all areas of the business and fuel its growth plans.

Katy Fogarty joins the business as a BDM from Catalyst Property Finance.

Having held several roles in the specialist mortgage industry, most recently as a key account manager at Catalyst, Katy will be responsible for managing face-to-face relationships with brokers across the country.

This brings Octane’s total number of external BDMs to nine.

Matheus Almeida joins as an internal BDM from Cambridge Building Society, where was most recently a Mortgage Applications Assistant.

He will be an office-based point of contact for Octane’s brokers, responsible for ensuring they receive swift responses to enquiries.

Hethal Nandha joins as a case manager from Spring Finance.

Hethal has held a number of support roles across within the mortgage and specialist lending industry and will provide support to Octane’s credit team to further improve SLAs for its brokers.

And finally, Sofia Picciuto joins the marketing team as a marketing associate, and she will help to implement Octane’s marketing strategy following its rebrand in March.
