We are committed to helping investors throughout the whole lifecycle of their projects. From purchase, to refurbishment and finally the Buy to Let exit, we can help with each stage of the journey.

What floats our boat

  • Loan sizes: from £150,000 up to £15,000,000 (and beyond)
  • Asset types: All types of residential property and semi-commercial property and commercial property which is being converted to residential. 
  • Max LTV: 70% LTV NET day one + 100% of the cost of the works.
  • Rates: from 0.35% per month + BBR. Our rates track the Bank of England Base Rate.
  • Terms: up to 18 months
  • Borrowers: UK borrowers with clean credit. Ideally borrowers to have experience in completing similar projects, although not always necessary.
